George "Geo Prez" Eisaman Biography

I grew up in the North Hollywood area of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California. I began playing guitar at age 12 and received private lessons for eight years, consisting of theory, reading and various playing styles. I majored in music in high school and for two years at L.A. Valley Jr. College. I studied sight reading and attended Jazz improv classes at the Dick Grove School of Music and at L.A. Pierce College.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

1970-1972 Lead and rhythm guitar for Country singer Molly Bee.

1972-1977 Played the Night Club circuit with various Rock and Roll, Pop and Top-40 dance bands.
Toured most of the western United States.

1977-1986 Night clubs, casuals, commercials and various recording projects.
Band leader.

1986-present: Original fusion project "PocketWatch". Clubs, casuals.
Formed the "The Geo Prez Blues Band" and produced a CD. Lead guitarist for "Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods Super Hits of the 70's" show.
Touring.

ABILITIES: Various styles (Rock, Jazz, Country, R&B, and Funk). Sight read, read chord charts, solo improvisation. Slide guitar. Arranging, Songwriting.
